How do I register my Child(ren) for softball?

Do I have to create a login to register?
Yes, even if your child(ren) played last year you will need to create an account at www.mbsoftball.org
Do I have to submit the required documents every year?
Yes. We do not keep the files year to year for security reasons.
What are the registration fees that are due at registration?
Spring 2019 Registration is $125 per player.
What forms of payment do you accept for registration?
Credit card and checks payments.
When will Spring 2019 games start?
Schedules will be posted by teams on the Website. Games will begin after Opening Ceremonies.
If we missed the registration deadline, do you offer late registration?
Yes, until teams are filled.
When will I know which team my child(ren) is on?
Shortly after the draft, your team manager will contact you.
What equipment do I need to purchase to play?
All players will need an ASA approved bat, glove, and cleats. Helmets are required to have a face mask; a chin strap is required for 6U and 8U. Fielders mask are optional for most players, but HIGHLY recommended. Fielders mask are required for 10U and 12/14U pitchers and third baseman.
What forms of communication is used for rain-outs or other important notifications?
Rain outs notifications are sent via text, email, and posted to social media accounts. Sign up for text alerts on our main page by clicking the Rained Out link. Whatever email you use to create your account, will be where you get any mass emails sent to.
If I have a complaint, who do I contact for assistance?
Please email your coach or board member. If there is someone else you would like to contact, the list of board members and their email addresses are located on the Contact Us page.
What are ways I can help to get more involved in MBYSA?
Email: [email protected] and it will be forwarded to the correct person. MBYSA is always needing help with something. We are completely ran by volunteers, so we will find a way for you to help out.
